The reservation becomes binding for our structure only upon receipt of the deposit payment.
The amount of the deposit is equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay, the payment must be made within 7 days from the booking confirmation by bank transfer or postal order.
Upon receipt of the deposit, our booking office will send you a voucher with all the booking details, to be shown upon arrival.
Arrival:
Check in between 3 pm and 7 pm. The apartments are guaranteed from 3 pm onwards. According to availability and upon request, it is possible to take possession of the apartment even in the morning or to leave luggage. Please advise in case of arrival outside the indicated times. In low season the times may be different from those indicated.
Departure:
The apartments must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.
